Referral Program

Delve Health is committed to expanding its network through strategic partnerships with industry consultants. Our Consultant Referral Program is designed to reward consultants who introduce potential clients that align with our services. By participating in this program, consultants can earn compensation for qualified leads and successful client engagements.

Referral Fee Structure

• Qualified Lead Fee: Consultants will receive $150 for each lead that meets our qualification criteria.

• Signed Contract Fee: An additional fee of up to $2,500 will be awarded for each referral that culminates in a signed contract within 12 months of the initial introduction. The exact amount will be determined based on the contract’s value.

Qualified Lead Criteria

A lead is considered qualified if the referred organization:

• Has an upcoming clinical study scheduled to commence within the next 12 months.

• Possesses the authority to allocate the budget for the project.

• Demonstrates a clear need for Delve Health’s services.

Referral Submission Process

Consultants interested in participating should submit referrals through our designated referral portal or via email to [Referral Email]. Each submission should include detailed information about the prospective client, including contact details and relevant project information.

Payment Terms

• Qualified Lead Fee: Payments will be processed within 30 days of lead verification and acceptance by Delve Health.

• Signed Contract Fee: Payments will be processed within 30 days of contract finalization and receipt of initial payment from the client.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the term of this program and thereafter.

Independent Contractor Status

Consultants acknowledge that their participation in this program is as independent contractors. This program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship between the parties.

Program Modification and Termination

Delve Health reserves the right to modify or terminate the Consultant Referral Program at any time, with prior notice to participating consultants.

Governing Law

This program is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Agreement

By participating in the Delve Health Consultant Referral Program, consultants agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
